The location was great and convenient, close to the central square, bars, and restaurants. Booked a room with a bathtub for relaxation. - the room had Pay TV, a safe box, and a microwave – just what I needed.

Good hotel at fairly good price. There is a lot of construction nearby taking place in the government's name. A lot of newiblic passage ways are being remodelled but also at the client's expense due to the high alterations of noise during the day. Breakfast was quite good and staff was rather friendly.
The noise due to the construction nearby. Beds were so-so.

definitely not 4 stars. A lot of noise in the rooms from streets and also from hallways.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was super convenient, being close to the central park and just a stone's throw away from the main square. This made it easy for us to explore the downtown area and soak in the local atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry facilities available. We also appreciated the shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance offered, which made our sightseeing experience hassle-free. The room amenities were impressive, with features such as air conditioning, a terrace, and an in-room safe. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries provided added to our comfort and convenience.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Complementary slow but steady Wi-Fi, and breakfast that was light but filling. the hotel's location was in walking distance of shopping malls, local restaurants and cultural attractions, ideal for getting to know the city. I enjoyed the picturesque view of the nearby town square from my window!
The rooms smelled a bit musty when I first arrived, but opening the window helped to air it out. there seemed like a faint sewage smell in some areas of the hotel, but it wasn't too overpowering.

the hotel did have parking available, which was convenient. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was centrally located and easy to access various attractions in the city. However, these two factors were not enough to make up for the numerous negative aspects of our stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and finding a better option in Merida.
I recently stayed at a hotel in Merida and had a terrible experience. The man at reception was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.

The hotel is conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the main square, making it easy to explore the central park and downtown area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a bathtub. The staff, although limited in their English, provide friendly service.
There were some complaints about a noisy cantina nearby, disturbing guests' sleep at night.

We stayed at this place for a night and were quite impressed with the overall experience. The location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks away from the main plaza, with a wide variety of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff tried their best to address the few issues we had, and their helpfulness was greatly appreciated. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including air conditioning and a safe. We also enjoyed the nice pool area, especially the kids. Additionally, the WiFi connection was strong and reliable.
This venue just needs a bit of TLC to fix some small details such as a towel rail and a shower mat missing in the room. However, we would still recommend this hotel to friends due to its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms.

Location was great, very close to restaurants and main attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel offered free parking which was very convenient.
Terrible experience, noisy room during the night, and unfriendly staff who didn't care about our complaints. Staff wouldn't budge on check-out time or provide a factura Fiscal.

Great amenities, including complimentary breakfast and a beautiful pool area. Location was convenient for my business trip. Staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home during my stay.
The rooms lacked attention to detail, with small issues like missing towel racks and curtains with holes. Additionally, the advertised laundry service was not available on site.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
